Customer Service Policies

10% Discount Offer - Orders of $100 or more (domestic orders only)

We offer a 10% discount for any domestic order $100 more (before shipping). Enter code: fc2009 in coupon code box to receive 10% discount. This must be done at time of order, cannot combine offer with other offers/discounts.

 


 

No Hassle Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (with-in 7 days of receipt per postal delivery), simply return the item(s) to us and we will gladly refund the purchase price, less the original shipping charges.

Please be sure to include the name the order was placed under or the order number to expedite the refund process.

My Items Arrived Damaged / Items are missing

If your items arrive damaged, please report this to us within 3 days of your items arriving (posted delivery date per the courier). Items that are reported more than 3 days after delivery cannot be claimed as damaged to our vendors. Damages reported within 3 days will receive replacements at no cost. Damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments reported more than 3 days after delivery cannot be corrected or refunded.

My Order Did Not Arrive or Was Returned to Sender/Problems with Delivery
If your order was returned to us for reasons of "refused", "return to sender", "addressee unknown", and/or but not limited to "undeliverable as addressed"; we will refund you the purchase price of the items minus the shipping costs as those are not refunded with the USPS. We do Not and will NOT hold any responsibility on the part of the USPS and their mistakes and or customer mistakes in address entry upon order completion.

If your order was scanned as "Delivered" through the USPS Delivery Verification Process, it is considered Delivered and now your Property. It is your responsibility to coordinate with your local USPS delivery office and your Postal Carrier regarding acceptable means of package delivery. For example, your local delivery office should be notified if you do not want a package left at your door.

It is your responsibility to communicate with us regarding delivery instructions if needed, (ie-"require a signature", or "ok to leave at door if no one home", or "do not leave if no one home", etc.)

 


 

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 11am Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped the same business day. Some orders received after 11am on Friday, will be processed and shipped out on Monday. ALL orders are verified through your credit card company. Because of this Safety Step, some orders placed over the weekend may not be able to be verified, processed, and then shipped until the following Monday. The information that is verified is the "Billing Information" that you provided upon check-out. If your "billing information" does NOT match the information according to the credit card company, your order WILL NOT be processed and shipped. We will attempt to contact you no more than two (2) times regarding this issue as well as up to one phone call before we cancel the order.

Please keep in mind that the Priority Mail option is not guaranteed through the Post Office to be delivered in 2-4 business days and/or the Ground option is not guaranteed through the Post Office to be delivered in 8-10 business days. These are general delivery time frames and aren't guaranteed thru the Postal Service. If your order must be guaranteed to be delivered to you with-in a few days, you should choose the Express Mail option. Express Mail is the only option that the USPS will guarantee delivery in 1-2 days. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

All shipping charges include both shipping and handling costs. Your shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of each individual item you order. In certain circumstances, your shipping charges may be inaccurately calculated. Hot Weather Shipping Policy \ Chocolate Orders

To avoid damage to our Chocolate or Candies, SanFrancisco-GiftShop.com reserves the right to delay shipping without notice. Your products will remain in our air conditioned store until the following appropriate shipping day. During the summer months, we do not ship on Fridays, as the package will remain in a very hot warehouse over the weekend. We will only ship via Express Mail during the summer months. In the event that you receive melted or damaged products, please contact us by our online form or via telephone at (702)489-6624.

 


 

Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment made with PayPal. SanFrancisco-GiftShop.com will accept personal checks as well as money orders. Please contact us for more information.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be received before 1pm PST the day the order was placed. If the order was placed after 1pm PST, then the cancellation request must be received prior to 1pm PST the following business day.

Signature Required Policy

Signatures may be required on all packages valued at $100 or more. If your package is returned due to no signature, you will be assessed a 20% restocking fee on the products and the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

International Shipping

We ship to Most International destinations. Look for your country in the pull down tab at checkout.

Shipping and Handling for all International Orders are based on the weight of the item(s) and USPS Current Priority Mail International Charges.

Once you add the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart, you will select the "Checkout" or "Check out with PayPal" button toward the bottom of the page. You will find your Country in the Pull Down tab and you will select the "INTERNATIONAL (14 Days Approx.)" shipping method. Here you will be able to see the calculated shipping charges (again, they are based on the weight of the item(s) you are ordering and the current USPS Priority Mail Shipping Charges to your Country).
